Leadership Award 2021
Charlotte Collins
In 2021 Charlotte Collins not only successfully led through change, she did so across multiple departments and in different roles. Her efforts led to successful relationship building, successful onboarding of new accounts, smooth transitions in leadership and a steady hand during massive systems transitions. Her success can be attributed to her ability to naturally embrace our values of being Genuine, Motivated, Resourceful and Friendly. Below represents some of the detail around her successful year!
She began 2021 as our Kent Night Shipping Manager where she continued to lead the way managing new team members while representing our values.
She was instrumental in developing reporting tools and communication with our key partner, Rogge. Demonstrating self-motivation and being resourceful while creating clean transactions for new shipping methods to support our growing relationship.
Charlotte successfully led the night team through the onboarding process for Taco Time orders, over 30% more volume overnight!
In February, Charlotte transitioned into her new role as QIA Manager without skipping a beat. She seamlessly picked up her new tasks and team and led with open arms and a willingness to embrace change.
Prior to and throughout our formidable systems conversion, Charlotte’s role expanded even further.
She quickly became a go to subject matter expert on not just Ops and QIA processes but also the interconnectedness to Sales and Procurement.
