Business Development Managers group based on percentage growth
District Manager group based on profit percentage growth
District Manager group based on EB percentage growth
Rules Of Engagement
• Big Payout/Big Expectations
• Three promos rolled into one; Q2, Q3 & Q4
• Reporting is clean now and will be pushed weekly by Nathan
• 14-week promo divided into two parts
• Weeks 37 to 43 based on margin % improvement only
• Weeks 44 to 50 based on sales improvement only
• 2 winners from sales that have the highest EB% increase (Harbor Brands) - one from each segment of the promo
• DSMs included
• 1 DSM winner based on largest EB% increase over the 14 weeks
• 1 DSM winner based on the largest margin % increase over the 14 weeks
• 8 Sales Members total
• 4 groups of TSCs with one winner in each group
• Oh yeah….1 wildcard too, just because!
