Sales Consultant, Business Development Manager, and Sales Manager.
How did you make the transition from where you started to where you are now?
I started my career in 2008 as a Sales Consultant in Downtown Seattle to managing all of Eastern WA/Idaho. The sales landscape is constantly evolving, as long as you are willing to try new approaches, learn new skills, and adapt to changing markets, sky is the limit in this business.
How long have you been with Harbor?
Since the beginning. It will be 16 years in August if you count my time at FSA. If just looking at Harbor than day 1 until now 😊.
Any advice for advancing your career at Harbor?
Be engaged. Ask questions. Concentrate on the right activities. Find a mentor who can provide guidance, advice, and support as you advance in your career.
As a long standing employee, what do you think is the most important quality to have to get your career started at Harbor?
I can think of 4. Genuine, Motivated, Resourceful, and Friendly. Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Invest time and focus on building genuine connections based on trust and mutual respect.
